Alexis' approach to yoga is trauma-informed and alignment-focused. In order to support participants in their health and healing, Alexis focuses on helping people feel good in their bodies. She combines guided mindfulness, intentional breathing and curated yoga postures into her practices -- creating the conditions for a transformative experience every time a participant steps on their mat.
Trained in iRest Yoga Nidra and guided mindfulness, Alexis focuses on providing meditation sessions that allow participants to do the work they want to do. All of her practices are an invitation -- to be present, to notice what's happening and to go deeper if and when it feels appropriate. Her goal is to hold space and be a guide.
Alexis also offers free and paid-meditations through her podcast Wild Blue Yonder Meditations.
Whether you tune into Wild Blue Yonder Meditations, set up a virtual session or decide to work with her in-person, you can practice with Alexis from anywhere in the world!
